The crown jewel – and essentially at the end of your street. This gulf-front retreat features three pools: a zero-entry pool sized for even the youngest swimmers, an adults-only pool for parents who need a moment to themselves, & a third pool deck with expansive lounge seating. Dining service is available poolside throughout the day, & Costa Chica sunset bar is a non-negotiable stop – cocktails with unobstructed Gulf views are as good as they sound.

About 5 minutes by golf cart, purpose-built for families with kids. A large main pool with a waterslide anchors one end; a smaller zero-entry pool with a children's slide keeps the little ones busy on the other. The lazy river in between is the kind of experience kids beg to return to – plan to spend hours. The Canteen serves up casual food & drinks, & the basketball court, playing field, & playground keep energy levels high all day.

✨ Western Lake & The Boathouse

Kayak & SUP rentals, a lakeside pool, & easy access to one of 30A's most ecologically unique natural features – a coastal dune lake that opens to the Gulf, drawing everything from migratory birds to thirsty white-tailed deer.

Your stay includes a starter supply of premium essentials so you can settle in without a grocery run: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish sponge, artisan coffee beans, Nespresso pods, sugar, and monkfruit sweetener.

✨ Before You Arrive

All guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid ID matching the reservation name. You must be 25 or older to book; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying on the premises.

✨ Sun's Up Buttercup is professionally managed with 24/7 guest support by Salt & Serenity Getaways.

House Rules

➤ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request – feel free to ask.

➤ No smoking: Strictly prohibited inside and outside the home.

➤ Wristbands: WaterColor HOA requires wristbands for all amenity access. Your stay includes up to 10 wristbands, available for guests ages 5 & up. Please include all guests ages 5+ in your reservation headcount. Lost wristbands incur a $50 replacement fee; additional wristbands cannot be purchased.

➤ LSV (Golf Cart): May be operated between Seagrove (east) and Grayton Beach (west) only. All drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Please charge after each use – a dead battery from failure to charge will be billed to the guest. Salt & Serenity Getaways is not liable for injury or damage from LSV operation.

➤ No sunscreen on porches: Mineral sunscreen is almost impossible to remove from our porch floors. No mineral sunscreen application on the porches – please spray on the patio instead. Failure to follow will result in additional cleaning fees.

➤ Bikes & Amenities: Salt & Serenity Getaways is not liable for personal injury or property damage related to bikes, pools, or other provided amenities.

➤ No events: Weddings and similar gatherings are not permitted. Violations of house rules may result in forfeiture of rental payments and deposits and may be subject to HOA, community, and management fines.
