A large main pool with a waterslide anchors one end; a smaller zero-entry pool with a children's slide keeps the little ones busy on the other. The Canteen serves up casual food & drinks, & the basketball court, playing field, & playground keep energy levels high all day.

All guests will be asked to sign a rental agreement and provide a valid ID matching the reservation name. You must be 25 or older to book; guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian staying on the premises.

➤ Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request – feel free to ask.

➤ No smoking: Strictly prohibited inside and outside the home.

➤ Wristbands: WaterColor HOA requires wristbands for all amenity access. Your stay includes up to 10 wristbands, available for guests ages 5 & up. Please include all guests ages 5+ in your reservation headcount. Lost wristbands incur a $50 replacement fee; additional wristbands cannot be purchased.

➤ LSV (Golf Cart): May be operated between Seagrove (east) and Grayton Beach (west) only. All drivers must be 21+ with a valid driver's license. Please charge after each use – a dead battery from failure to charge will be billed to the guest. Salt & Serenity Getaways is not liable for injury or damage from LSV operation.

➤ Bikes & Amenities: Salt & Serenity Getaways is not liable for personal injury or property damage related to bikes, pools, or other provided amenities.

The home itself is beautiful and has been recently redecorated with tasteful, high-end finishes. Everything felt fresh and welcoming. It was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the thoughtful extras throughout the home truly set this property apart. The beach equipment, golf cart, bikes, extra outdoor fridge and outdoor shower made our stay so much easier and enjoyable. One of our favorite features was that every bedroom had its own private bathroom, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. Jennifer was an exceptional host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and helpful. This is one of the best-equipped vacation homes we've ever stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

I saved a fortune not having to go buy supplies for the beach! We loved the little things left inside the home as well, like coffee pods, olive oil, spices, laundry detergent and dishwasher pods! Now my daughter wants whatever detergent the owners had in the home! A very luxurious home! And when I’m on vacation that’s what I want! And the home owner was sweet as pie and very responsive. The location of the home is now my favorite! So close to the best pool and beach. I could go on and on! Perfect, Perfect, Perfect Vacation!

Golf cart didn’t require hacking Fort Knox, which has seemingly become the norm for Watercolor. Host was responsive and accommodating with detailed and helpful instructions. Check in was breezy. Accommodations well suited for grandparents downstairs. Great seating areas. Felt priced appropriately having stayed at better and lesser accommodations. Highly recommend.

The house was spectacular, very well renovated, super clean, felt brand new with high-end furnishings. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. The host, Jennifer, was great, very clear communication and responsive. Instructions were easy to understand and follow, and that made checking in and out a breeze. We loved our long weekend there, and we'd definitely come back.
